The Purple Waves is a poetic fable consisting of books and a painting that explores the impermanence of life.

The story begins with Ina, a blue-haired girl living by the sea longing for a soulmate to share the world with. One day, she encounters a palm-sized pink dolphin stranded on the shore. The narrative flows as waves of the sea between the book and the painting, offering alternative endings. By conveying a private yet universal life experience in a lyrical setting, the project aims to free and comfort weary minds that have had to say farewell.
